An open letter to those who seek more

We all have our own thin lines. Some cross them, while many remain on the other side. 

When I started my career, I believed that hard work, determination, and motivation would guarantee me success. Hence, I chased success with commitment and effort. But after more than two decades, I realized something wasn't fully aligned. Progress felt harder than it should, and I realised the problem wasn’t talent or effort. These were unseen patterns I haven't noticed, lines I didn't cross.

I wanted to find out why some people succeed while others find it so challenging. This curiosity led me to reach out to people I admire. People who had crossed their own thin lines despite challenges and setbacks. 

Their inspiring stories were perspective-shifting, and I felt compelled to share them. That's how The Thin Line Podcast started.
